I actually think the devs just couldnt figure out how to model/animate necro hair, I mean look at Dr.Kyne.ĭr kynes hair legit just magically disappears- hes not even transformed yet and his head is as bald as a baby. Meanwhile legit almost every necro we have seen looks like the same bald due save different skin colors:
It honestly looks like someone was brutally mauled by a bear, only for their body to rearrange itself so that it could get up and start killing people. Take note of the disgusting stringy hair matted with blood, the gross sheen of bodily fluids covering its body, and the grotesque mangled frame. perfectly captures what a necro should be, but none of the necromorphs shown look anything like this:
I dont get it- the concept art looks amazing.
